How It Works

1. Prescription issued: Doctor issues prescription. Pharmacy prepares and packs the medication
2. QR code generated: The system generates a unique QR code linked to the patient’s medication pack and sends it via SMS or app notification
3. Medication loaded: Pharmacy staff load the packed medication into an assigned locker compartment
4. Patient collects: Patient arrives at the locker, scans their QR code on the touchscreen, and the correct compartment opens automatically
