1. Order Processing All orders at RIFE Medical Furniture are processed on a made-to-order or bulk procurement basis. Once your inquiry is confirmed and the purchase order is received, our team will provide an estimated delivery timeline based on product availability, customization requirements, and your location.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard products: 7–15 business days from order confirmation
- Customized or made-to-order products: 21–45 business days depending on specifications
- RFID smart cabinets and technology products: 60 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or large institutional orders
3. Shipping Coverage We deliver across India including all major cities, tier-2 cities, and hospital campuses. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location. For bulk institutional orders, shipping may be included in the quoted price. Our sales team will confirm shipping costs at the time of quotation.
5. Installation For products requiring installation (RFID cabinets, workstations, wall mounts), our team will coordinate a site visit and installation schedule after delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange replacement or resolution at no additional cost.
